**Inbound Calls**:
- Attend and manage incoming calls from prospective clients.
- Offer detailed information about the real estate properties, including location, pricing, and availability.
- Address and resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally.
**Client Engagement**:
- Follow up with leads and clients to maintain engagement and foster strong relationships.
- Update and manage client information in the CRM system accurately.
- Assist in converting leads into potential sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-ups.
**Reporting**:
- Maintain records of calls and client interactions, providing regular reports to the team lead.
- Track progress and outcomes of leads contacted and conversions achieved.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in any field is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in business development, customer service, or sales, preferably in the real estate sector, is desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and handle conversations professionally.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer operations and CRM software.
