About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Presales Executive to join our team at SCOUTERS. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the real estate industry and a passion for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and helping drive qualified leads to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Generate and nurture leads through various channels (calls, messages, and follow-ups).
  • Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and lead status.
  • Follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate presales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good convincing and negotiation ability.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and call handling systems.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
