Presales Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Presales Executive to join our team at SCOUTERS. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the real estate industry and a passion for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and helping drive qualified leads to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Generate and nurture leads through various channels (calls, messages, and follow-ups).
- Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and lead status.
- Follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate presales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation ability.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and call handling systems.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
