**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menu items, including burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and fried chicken, ensuring adherence to quality standards and recipe specifications.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep cooks, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate food preparation and cooking activities to ensure efficient operations and timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet kitchen demands while minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and training staff on proper procedures.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, including creating new dishes, specials, and seasonal offerings.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the kitchen at all times.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations of kitchen staff.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and professional development among kitchen staff.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or senior line cook in a high-volume restaurant or cafe environment, with a focus on burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and fried chicken.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles relevant to burger, sandwich, wrap, and fried chicken dishes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to upholding highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and kitchen management software is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
