**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present continental dishes as per the menu and standards
- Ensure timely and quality food production
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols in the kitchen
- Manage and guide commis chefs and kitchen helpers
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen stewarding team
- Collaborate with the Head Chef for menu planning and innovation

**Eligibility**:
3 to 5 years of experience as CDP or equivalent in continental cuisine
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
