Customer Service Representative(Non Voice)

MYDESIGNATION, the leading youngster brand is now hiring customer service representatives(Non Voice process) to join our team. You will have to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

**Salary**:15,000 to 20,000 K, based on your experience and skill

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer chats.
- Acknowledging/resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with the team and concerned departments as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 to 60 words per minute (WPM).
- Fluent in both English and Hindi, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proven experience in a customer service or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to adapt to different personalities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
