Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Trivandrum. The Customer Service Representative will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include managing communication via phone, email, and in-person, maintaining records of customer interactions, and addressing customer needs efficiently and professionally. Collaboration with teams to improve service delivery and overall customer satisfaction is also required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience through professionalism, empathy, and communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries promptly
  • Teamwork, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communication, or a related field is advantageous
