Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relation cum Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, provide service information, and assist in coordinating home healthcare services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide accurate information about our healthcare services.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services.

Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the healthcare team for service scheduling.

Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback effectively.

Follow up with potential clients and ensure a high conversion rate.

Maintain a polite and professional approach in all interactions.

Requirements:

Qualification: Any degree or diploma in a relevant field.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service (Healthcare experience preferred).

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
