**Job Summary**:
As a Client Servicing Executive at RedPencil Advertising, you will be the crucial link between our clients and internal creative teams. You’ll manage client accounts, ensure projects run smoothly, and deliver exceptional campaigns that exceed client expectations. Your role will involve understanding client needs, managing multiple projects, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing strong, trusted relationships.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ branding, communication, and marketing objectives to offer strategic insights.
- Ensure that client briefs are clearly communicated to internal teams and reflected in all deliverables.
- **Project Management & Coordination**:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of branding, design, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, digital) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Track project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure all deadlines are met and client expectations are managed.
- **Strategy & Creative Collaboration**:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure the final output aligns with client goals and RedPencil’s high standards of creativity and innovation.
- Offer proactive strategic recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve client results.
- **Client Presentations & Reporting**:
- Develop and present creative proposals, project updates, and campaign performance reports.
- Provide clients with regular updates on project progress and performance against KPIs.
- Ensure post-campaign reviews are conducted to identify successes, areas of improvement, and future opportunities.
- **Financial Management**:
- Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
- Address any client concerns or queries related to financial aspects of their accounts.
- **New Business Development**:
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by suggesting additional services.
- Assist in pitching to new clients or contributing to new business proposals.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management within a creative or digital agency.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas confidently to clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- A deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, and advertising processes.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, offering innovative solutions to client challenges.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in branding, advertising, digital marketing, and social media campaign management.
- Knowledge of creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with market trends, customer behaviors, and industry innovations in the advertising space.
