
Client Servicing Executive

As a Client Services Executive at FreeFlow Ideas, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients record a noticeable change in their business through our efforts and driving the success of integrated marketing campaigns. We seek a passionate, self-driven professional with a keen eye for detail, the ability to see the big picture and a proven track record of managing a smooth workflow and mainline/digital mandates for clients.
This role requires good communication skills, project management expertise, and a results-oriented mindset. And importantly a passion for advertising.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management: (also referred to as an Account Manager)**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
- Understand client goals and objectives and work to exceed their expectations.
- Manage the internal agency co-ordinations and depending on the experience, inspire, mentor, and train people under them.
**Project Management**:
- Manage day-to-day client requirements.
- Brief and coordinate with the internal teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign delivery on time and within budget.
- Come up with ideas to help solve problems.
- Write briefs and make presentations to clients.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
**Assist in Strategy Development**:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored strategies and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in client campaigns.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Analyse data and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for consideration.
**Client Updates**:
- Work closely with the client teams to help reach set objectives.
**Qualifications and expectations**:
- An MBA, BBA, or Master’s in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or similar fields.
- Proven experience (2 to 5yrs) in managing brands and mainline advertising for clients. Having managed digital advertising could be an advantage.
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding client goals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to solve brand problems in a holistic manner would be an advantage.
- A keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to see the big picture.
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
