**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and addressing client needs effectively.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, and production) to ensure timely and successful project delivery that meets client objectives and quality standards.
- **Needs Assessment**: Understand client goals, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable briefs for the creative and marketing teams.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and present strategic recommendations, project proposals, and campaign ideas to clients to achieve their business goals.
- **Feedback and Revision Management**: Gather, interpret, and communicate client feedback to the internal team, ensuring revisions and changes are accurately implemented.
- **Account Growth**: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, providing recommendations that align with clients' evolving needs.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare and deliver performance reports, project summaries, and campaign results to clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee project budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and that projects stay within financial limits.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely manner to maintain a positive client experience.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on industry trends, client competitors, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and insights to client discussions.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2+ years in client servicing, account management, or a related field, preferably within a creative agency, marketing agency, or similar environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and project updates clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- **Relationship-Building Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills to foster and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Ability to anticipate challenges, proactively address client concerns, and provide strategic solutions.
- **Budgeting Knowledge**: Familiarity with budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
- **Project Management**: Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and resources to deliver high-quality results on time.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing, branding, and social media.
- Familiarity with CRM software or client servicing tools.
- Previous experience working in an advertising, creative, or digital agency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
