Job description

As a Client Servicing Executive, your primary role is to ensure client satisfaction by managing client relationships and coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, oversee logistics, and ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate closely with our event planning and operations teams to translate client needs into actionable plans and deliverables.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- Address client feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the event planning and execution process, demonstrating flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to client success.

**Qualifications**:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Client Servicing.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in client servicing, or customer relationship management, preferably in the event management industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹140,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
