**Client Communication**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their event requirements, and maintaining clear and timely communication.
- **Event Planning**: Collaborate with clients to conceptualise events, develop event timelines, and create detailed event plans.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Source and manage vendors such as caterers, decorators, and technical support, ensuring they meet client expectations and event requirements.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage event budgets, providing cost estimates to clients and ensuring events are executed within budget constraints.
- **Logistics Management**: Oversee all logístical aspects of events, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and on-site setup.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any issues or concerns that arise during the event planning process or on the day of the event, providing quick and effective solutions.
- **Client Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients post-event to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as event coordinators, designers, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of events.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management to enhance service offerings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
