**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Understand client requirements and provide solutions that align with their event objectives.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, logistics, etc.) to ensure that all aspects of the event are in line with the client’s vision. Assist in planning event details such as venue selection, décor, catering, and entertainment.
- **Handling Client Briefs**: Gather detailed event briefs from clients, clarify their expectations, and translate their requirements into actionable tasks for the event team.
- **End-to-End Event Execution**: Oversee the event execution from start to finish, ensuring that all services are delivered as per the client's requirements and expectations. Handle any issues or changes in real-time to ensure smooth event flow.
- **Client Feedback and Reporting**: Obtain post-event feedback from clients and address any concerns or areas for improvement. Prepare event reports and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- **Working Under Pressure**: Manage multiple events simultaneously and thrive in high-pressure environments. Maintain calm and provide quick, effective solutions during unexpected challenges or last-minute changes.
- **On-Site Event Support**: Be present on-site during events to manage client needs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the event is executed as per plan. Provide immediate support to resolve any operational issues.
- **Vendor and Partner Coordination**: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services and manage relationships with external stakeholders involved in the event.
- **Time and Schedule Flexibility**: Be available to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, especially during continuous events or urgent requirements. Be willing to work long hours to ensure the success of the event, including back-to-back events when necessary.
- **Budget Management and Negotiation**: Work with clients to manage budgets and ensure that all event elements are delivered within the agreed budget. Negotiate with vendors and partners to secure the best deals.
- **Post-Event Follow-up**: Conduct thorough post-event analysis, including performance evaluations and feedback collection, to improve future events and client relations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
