- **Role Overview**_

We are seeking a Client Servicing Lead to manage and nurture client relationships. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet client goals.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Own client relationships end-to-end: from onboarding and scoping to delivery check-ins and ongoing performance reviews
- Translate client needs into actionable requests for our automation, design, and content teams
- Spot growth opportunities in client accounts and proactively suggest solutions
- Wear many hats — sometimes advisor, sometimes project manager, sometimes firefighter
- Keep clients not just satisfied but genuinely excited about working with GrowthClub

- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Someone who thrives in multi-tasking and context-switching — no two days look alike
- Strong communication skills (you’ll be the bridge between clients and our teams)
- Prior experience in account management, client success, or operations preferred
