We’re on the lookout for a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development & Sales Executive who thrives in fast-paced merchandising environments. This individual will play a pivotal role in scaling our brand presence, securing new retail partnerships, and driving product sales across channels. If you’re passionate ,and eager to lead initiatives that fuel company growth—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- **Sales-Driven Outreach**:
- Proactively identify and onboard new retail partners, outlets, and distribution channels
- Close sales by showcasing product value and brand appeal
- Drive promotional campaigns and activations to boost visibility and conversions
- **Strategic Merchandising Partnerships**:
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, retailers, and corporate clients
- Pitch merchandise concepts aligned with seasonal trends, sustainability, and market demand
- Explore popups, exhibitions, and alternative sales formats for scalable reach
- **Business Growth Initiatives**:
- Take ownership of sales targets with clear action plans and accountability
- Research market trends to introduce new product lines and expansion strategies
- Collaborate with design and ops teams to align merchandising with consumer insights
- **Reporting & Feedback**:
- Maintain updated records of outreach, conversions, and sales metrics
- Share timely insights and feedback to refine product-market fit
- Prepare strategic reports for leadership highlighting wins and growth areas
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
