Key Responsibilities
- **Sales-Driven Outreach**:

- Proactively identify and onboard new retail partners, outlets, and distribution channels
- Close sales by showcasing product value and brand appeal
- Drive promotional campaigns and activations to boost visibility and conversions
- **Strategic Merchandising Partnerships**:

- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, retailers, and corporate clients
- Pitch merchandise concepts aligned with seasonal trends, sustainability, and market demand
- Explore popups, exhibitions, and alternative sales formats for scalable reach
- **Business Growth Initiatives**:

- Take ownership of sales targets with clear action plans and accountability
- Research market trends to introduce new product lines and expansion strategies
- Collaborate with design and ops teams to align merchandising with consumer insights
- **Reporting & Feedback**:

- Maintain updated records of outreach, conversions, and sales metrics
- Share timely insights and feedback to refine product-market fit
- Prepare strategic reports for leadership highlighting wins and growth areas

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
