**Criteria**: **Number of Position** : 1 (One) **Qualification**: Any Graduate with 2 years of experience in MIS function (and not Data Entry) with experience in collection and aggregation of large volume data from multiple stakeholders. MIS experts with Tele Calling experience shall be given preference. **Gender**: Any **Experience**: - Advance excel experience - Experience in Report Preparation in Excel - Experience in making PPTs using various Charts and Tables - Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders to collect information as a part of core duties. **Skill Sets**: - Proficient in MS Excel - If and Nested IF conditions - [AND] & [OR] conditions - Pivot Table & Charts - Text to Column - Advanced Find and Replace - H-Lookup & V Look Up - Data Cleaning **Web Forms**: - Creating online forms for data collection, ex: google form - Understanding of various kinds of fields and their usages. - Live reports generation through Google Sheets etc. 3. MS Word : Mail Merge Function 4. Office Basics - Folder Management - Version Management of important files - Auto Back Up to cloud etc. - Advanced search and find of files - Preparing periodic statements **Languages**: Should be fluent in Telugu and Hindi. **Work Location** : The position will be working out of **Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad.** There may be occasional inter-city travel within the state for project implementation and monitoring purposes for which commute will be provided as and when the need arises. **Compensation**: The gross remuneration budget is INR 35 thousand per month. **Initial Tenure**: The tenure of the engagement is co-terminus with the project. The initial employment will be for 1 year.
