The AHTU PMU @ Women Safety Wing is being set up in collaboration with the Association for Voluntary Action (AVA). Association for Voluntary Action (AVA) is a child rights movement since 1979. These positions, while operating out of WSW premises, are fully funded by and on the roles of AVA, with no direct employment relationship with the Women Safety Wing.The AHTU PMU has provision for a small call centre. This call centre will contact various stakeholders and collect information and feedback periodically. The call centres shall also be responsible for the following activities:Capturing data on Rescues, awareness and other activities held across the State by AHTU teamsFollowing up on status of filing of Compensation claims etc.Creating support tickets for various support required by field teams engaged in Rescue of Child victims of TraffickingThe call centre will be manned by Tele Calling Executives with prior experience in outbound voice process:CriteriaRequirementNumber of Position1 (One)QualificationAny Graduate with not less than 2 years of experience in a domestic or international call centre, voice process.AgeShould be less than 45 years as on date of application.GenderAnyExperienceExperience in Outbound Calling and filling of data in online form/ platform.Skill SetsCall Centre Voice Process related skill sets, including call control, query management, probing, and other related etiquette.Keyboard Proficiency- 40WPM 100% accuracy on laptop.Basics Computer Proficiency:a. Printingb. File Managementc. Excel Basicsd. PPT BasicsLanguagesShould be fluent in Telugu. Knowledge of Hindi is preferred.Work LocationThe position will be working out of Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad.CompensationThe gross remuneration shall be up to ₹25 thousand per month, commensurate to experience.Initial TenureThe tenure of the engagement is co-terminus with the project. The initial employment will be for 1 year.
