About the Role

Spring Board Academy is looking for a confident and well-spoken Female Tele-caller to handle admission inquiries, follow-ups, parent coordination, and lead management for the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to admission-related queries.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective parents for admissions.
  • Explain school features, curriculum, facilities, and fees clearly.
  • Maintain call logs, follow-up sheets, and lead tracking systems.
  • Schedule school visits and coordinate with the admissions team.
  • Provide polite and professional communication at all times.
  • Share daily/weekly reports on leads and follow-up status.
  • Support front desk or admin team during peak hours, if required.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi.
  • Pleasant voice, confident speaking style, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to explain information clearly and handle parent queries patiently.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, lead sheets).
  • Previous experience in school/education tele-calling is a plus.
