The AHTU PMU @ Women Safety Wing is being set up in collaboration with the Association for Voluntary Action (AVA). Association for Voluntary Action (AVA) is a child rights movement since 1979. These positions, while operating out of WSW premises, are fully funded by and on the roles of AVA, with no direct employment relationship with the Women Safety Wing.The Executive (Compensation) manages the Compensation Helpdesk and is responsible for aggregating data on compensations filed by various teams under various applicable Acts for each victim of trafficking whose details come into the policing system.Hands-on experience in MS Excel is absolutely a must for this function. Along with the same, the Compensation Executive has to work closely with the Call Centre Executive/s and directly to collect status reports from various district stakeholders. Unlike the other two MIS roles in AHTU PMU, this role only handles Compensation Helpdesk.Exposure to webforms and Business Analytics Tools will be a great advantage.CriteriaRequirementNumber of Position1 (One)QualificationAny Graduate with 2 years of experience in MIS function (and not Data Entry) with experience in collection and aggregation of large volume data from multiple stakeholders. The initial employment will be for 1 year.
