**Number of Position** : 1 (One) **Qualification**: Any Graduate with not less than 2 years of experience in a domestic or international call centre, voice process. **Gender**: Any **Experience**:Experience in Outbound Calling and filling of data in online form/ platform **Skill Sets**: - Call Centre Voice Process related skill sets, including call control, query management, probing, and other related etiquette. - Keyboard Proficiency - 40WPM 100% accuracy on laptop. - Basics Computer Proficiency: - Printing - File Management - Excel Basics - PPT Basics **Languages**: Should be fluent in Telugu and Hindi. **Work Location** : The position will be working out of **Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad.** There may be occasional inter-city travel within the state for project implementation and monitoring purposes for which commute will be provided as and when the need arises. **Compensation**: The gross remuneration budget is **INR 25 thousand per month**. **Initial Tenure**: The tenure of the engagement is co-terminus with the project. The initial employment will be for 1 year.
