- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace
- **Clerical & Documentation**:
- Handle filing systems (digital and physical)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and memos
- Maintain and update internal databases
- **Scheduling & Coordination**:
- Manage calendars for executives or teams
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers
- **HR & Payroll Support** (in some companies):
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes
- Help with attendance and leave records
- Maintain employee files and HR documents
- **Communication Handling**:
- Draft official letters and circulars
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
