
Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects
- Provide product and sales support to customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely manner
- Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities and industry trends
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer data in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the field sales or B2B sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
