We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and promote our services through effective marketing strategies. You will play a crucial role in generating new leads, getting more clients for expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and foster new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and analysis to management for decision-making purposes.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and represent the company's brand.
- Continuously seek feedback from customers to improve services, and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- good work experience in sales and marketing is preferrable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to approach and bring new clients for the business
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience required: 0-4 years.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
