Job Summary:
As a Sales and Marketing Fresher, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team in achieving their objectives. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that will help to increase the company's revenue and market share. You will also be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships with existing customers, and managing the company's brand image.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.

Attend trade shows and other events to represent the company and promote its products and services.

Work with the sales team to generate leads and close deals.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.

Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not required.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
