Magnum Technologies Services is a leading database management company offering cutting-edge solutions to our clients in the UK. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic **Sales Specialist** to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Outreach**: Identify and target potential UK clients for database management services, generating new business opportunities.
- **Client Engagement**: Initiate contact with decision-makers, understand their database management needs, and effectively present Magnum Technologies’ solutions.
- **Sales Pitch & Presentations**: Develop customized sales pitches and presentations based on client needs and challenges.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align on customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the database management, or Ed-tech sector domain.
- Strong understanding of UK market dynamics, with prior experience working with UK clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner. British accent is mandatory
- Goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales, with a passion for customer success.
