**Role**

The purpose of a Distribution Coordinator is to coordinate the delivery of goods and services to customers in a timely and accurate manner. This role involves managing a team of distribution staff, maintaining relationships with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring safety and compliance regulations are met. The Distribution Coordinator is also responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods, scheduling shipments, and negotiating rates with carriers. Additionally, they are in charge of monitoring delivery progress and providing customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Duties**

A distributor coordinator is responsible for coordinating the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. This role includes

1. **Order Processing**: Coordinating the preparation and execution of customer orders, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.

2. **Shipping Coordination**: Arranging timely shipments, selecting appropriate carriers, and overseeing the logistics of transportation.

3. **Communication**: Serving as a liaison between suppliers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth distribution operations.

4. **Data Entry and Reporting**: Maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and orders, and generating reports to track performance metrics.

5. **Problem-Solving**: Addressing any issues that arise within the distribution process, such as delays, product shortages, or damage.

6. **Compliance**: Ensuring that all distribution activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and safety regulations.

7. **Team Collaboration**: Working closely with warehouse personnel, sales teams, and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organizational skills

General personal computer knowledge.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
