**About the Role**
We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and highly adaptable individual to join our team as a Marketing Content Creator & Brand Builder. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to establish and grow the brand identity of the company. Your focus will be on creating compelling video and visual content for both B2B and patient-facing audiences, with the company founder actively participating in video campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to contribute to building a market-leading healthcare technology brand.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Building & Marketing**_
1. Create high-quality video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, featuring the company’s founder and products.
2. Design posters, infographics, and social media creatives to promote the company’s products and values.
3. Develop and execute content strategies to expand the company’s online and offline presence.
4. Ensure content resonates with the B2B audience (orthopedic hospitals, clinics, etc.) and patients by blending professional and relatable storytelling.
5. Build the company’s presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook through consistent, impactful content.
- **Content Creation & Editing**_
1. Design, shoot, and edit videos, ensuring aesthetic and technical excellence.
2. Handle post-production editing, including graphics, captions, and transitions, to deliver polished final outputs.
3. Write engaging captions, scripts, and marketing copy that align with the company’s tone and mission.
4. Maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and strategic posting across platforms.
- **Customer Relationship & Engagement**_
1. Engage with customers and ensure they have a seamless experience with the company’s products and services.
2. Coordinate customer gifting programs, ensuring thoughtful and professional follow-ups.
3. Respond to inquiries on social media or through calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
- **Operations & Strategy Support**_
1. Document and organize key processes, events, and milestones for marketing purposes.
2. Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and conferences to showcase the company’s brand and products.
3. Support in creating presentations, proposals, and sales material for distributors and hospitals.
**Skills & Qualifications**
1. Creative and Aesthetic Eye: Strong ability to create visually appealing content that resonates with diverse audiences.
2. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, or similar.
3. Content Writing Skills: Ability to write engaging and concise captions, blogs, and scripts.
4. Adaptability & Quick Learning: Comfortable in fast-paced environments and eager to pick up new skills and technologies.
5. Customer-Centric Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
6. Organized & Diligent: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines with precision.
7. Travel Readiness: Open to frequent travel for shoots, events, and content creation opportunities.
