**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our team in Bangalore. You’ll be responsible for producing engaging content across digital platforms to build brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive growth. If you're a storyteller at heart with a passion for content and a strong pulse on the latest trends, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, create, and manage content for various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, blogs, LinkedIn, and more.
- Write compelling copy for posts, reels, videos, and articles aligned with brand tone and strategy.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for campaigns, collaborations, and new content formats.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and the marketing team to bring content to life.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software).
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and audience behavior.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable being on camera or working behind the scenes (bonus if you can do both).
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with SEO and blogging platforms (WordPress, Medium, etc.)
- Photography/videography skills
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with influencer marketing or UGC-style content

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
