The Spice Studio, a brand under **Greenhood Food and Beverages Pvt. Ltd.**, is a premier dining destination known for its authentic and innovative culinary experiences. We are seeking an **experienced and highly creative Content Creator** to lead our in-house content production and enhance our brand’s digital presence.

**Role Overview**

As a **Content Creator**, you will be responsible for producing high-quality digital content, including videos, images, and written posts, to boost customer engagement and brand awareness. You will collaborate with restaurant staff and interact with customers to create compelling, on-brand content that reflects _The Spice Studio’s_ essence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Production**: Create **16 high-quality reels** and **60 static posts per month** for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- **Customer & Staff Engagement**: Interact with customers and staff to capture real-time experiences, feedback, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- **Photography & Videography**: Shoot and edit visually stunning food, ambiance, and promotional content.
- **Brand Storytelling**: Develop compelling narratives that showcase the restaurant’s unique dishes, chefs, and customer experiences.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, viral content formats, and engagement techniques.
- **Campaign Execution**: Align content with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new menu launches.
- **Social Media Optimization**: Ensure all content is optimized for engagement, reach, and brand consistency.
- **Analytics & Performance Tracking**: Measure content success and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **5-6 years** in content creation, preferably in **F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries**.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Expertise in **photo/video editing tools** such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Canva, and CapCut.
- **Photography & Videography Skills**: Strong ability to capture food styling, ambiance, and live interactions professionally.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to develop unique, high-engagement content ideas tailored to _The Spice Studio’s_ audience.
- **Social Media Expertise**: In-depth understanding of **Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and engagement metrics**.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to interact with customers and staff to generate authentic, engaging content.
- **Self-Motivated & Deadline-Oriented**: Ability to **independently** manage content schedules and meet monthly targets.

**Performance Expectations**
- Deliver **16 reels and 60 static posts per month** as per the brand’s quality standards.
- Ensure content aligns with the restaurant’s branding, aesthetics, and marketing goals.
- Engage with in-house teams, staff, and customers to produce authentic and interactive content.
- Submit **weekly performance reports** on engagement and content effectiveness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week
