**Job Overview**:
As a Content Creator at our dental clinic, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing content across our social media platforms, working on public relations initiatives, and contributing to business development efforts. Your work will aim to increase brand awareness, engage current and prospective patients, and strengthen the clinic’s reputation within the community. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Create and curate visually appealing, informative, and relevant content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
- Monitor social media channels for interactions, comments, and messages, responding in a timely and friendly manner.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- **Public Relations**:

- Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and industry professionals to promote clinic services and events.
- Write press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials to share with both media and our patients.
- Coordinate and execute events, promotions, and partnerships that elevate the clinic's profile within the community.
- **Business Development**:

- Assist in developing content and marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new patients and increasing clinic revenue.
- Collaborate with the clinic’s leadership team to implement growth strategies and monitor business performance.
- **Brand Storytelling & Content Creation**:

- Create a variety of content types, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and more to showcase the clinic’s services, patient success stories, and educational materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the clinic’s brand voice and values.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into content creation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, public relations, or similar roles (experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content management tools (e.g., Canva, instagram, facebook, youtube etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative mindset with a passion for creating engaging and informative content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
