**Job Summary**:
As a content creator, you will be responsible for developing and producing compelling content across multiple channels to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve business goals. You will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to create content that resonates with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop content strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Conduct research to stay updated with industry trends and competitive content landscape.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across different channels.
- Stay updated with content marketing best practices and implement them effectively.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community management.
- Continuously experiment and innovate to improve content quality and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).

**Salary**: ₹13,183.66 - ₹25,025.55 per month
