**Shift: As of now it is general, could move to 24/7**
- Installation, deployment, monitoring and maintenance of servers, desktops, laptops, virtual machines, mobile devices, phones, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Identifying potential issues with computer systems and providing technical support to end users including troubleshooting any reported problems.
- Administering Active Directory, domains, users, security groups, group policies, login scripts, remote access policies, network shares, assigning user permissions, and managing Exchange mailboxes.
- Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
- Configuration and maintenance of storage and backup devices, and performing routine backups, file restorations, and disaster recoveries.
- Management of network security configuration including firewall management and antivirus protection, managing wired and wireless internet connection.
- Managing the company's SW licenses.
- Participating in research and recommendations for system improvements, and modernizations.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma/ BE/ Betech/ Bsc/ Mtech/ Msc
- MCSE or CCNA / Hardworking or networking (preferable)
- Only immediate joiners will be considered.
- Oral and Written Communication skills must be very good.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience is mandatory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
