Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Navalur, Chennai

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology System Admin at YOCO Labs Pvt Ltd in Chennai. The System Admin will be responsible for system administration, network administration, technical support, troubleshooting, and managing information technology infrastructure on a day-to-day basis.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Server Management, Active directory, GPO,

2. Operating System Installation

3. Basic software configuration

4. IT Asset Management

5. Printer installation and Configuration

6. Remote desktop assistance and Permissions

7. Basic level network troubleshooting

8. IP Configuration in desktops, laptops, CCTV, WIFI devices, biometric device

9. Access Card Configuration

10. Co-ordinate of Vendor Management

11. Create, modify, and delete user accounts and manage user access and permissions.

12. Network folder creation, security permissions

13. Outlook configuration

14. System updates and hardware upgradation

15. Licensing, activation and renewal of E-Mail, Domain, Antivirus, Operating system

**Qualifications**
- System Administration, Network Administration, and Technical Support skills
- Troubleshooting and Information Technology expertise
- Experience in managing IT systems and networks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certifications in relevant IT areas such as Cisco, Microsoft, or CompTIA are a plus
