**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage IT Infrastructure**:

- Oversee and manage servers, network hardware, and software systems.
- Ensure optimal performance of computer systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement and monitor system backups and disaster recovery protocols.
- **System Security & Compliance**:

- Maintain network security by ensuring that antivirus, firewalls, and other protective measures are up to date.
- Monitor security incidents and take proactive measures to prevent breaches.
- Ensure compliance with all IT policies, legal regulations, and data privacy standards.
- **User Support**:

- Provide technical support and training to employees regarding hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Address and resolve user requests in a timely manner, ensuring mínimal downtime for staff.
- **Network Management**:

- Manage and optimize local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and VPN connections.
- Handle the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices like routers, switches, and access points.
- **Software and Hardware Maintenance**:

- Install and configure new hardware, software, and updates as necessary.
- Maintain an inventory of all IT assets and ensure that hardware and software are regularly updated.
- **Cloud and Data Management**:

- Manage cloud platforms and solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ensure data integrity and backup.
- Oversee data storage, migration, and management systems.
- **Collaboration and Vendor Management**:

- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and operation of third-party tools.
- Assist with procurement of IT equipment and software licenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company needs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with network administration and installation.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
- Expertise in network security and data privacy practices.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- CompTIA Network+
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
