**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain **VMware** environments, including virtual machines and hypervisors.
- Manage **AWS cloud infrastructure**, including EC2, S3, IAM, and networking services.
- Administer and optimize **MySQL databases**, ensuring high availability, security, and performance tuning.
- Perform system monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Automate tasks using scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and implement access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server, cloud, and database-related issues.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to optimize system performance.
- Stay updated on new technologies and provide recommendations for improvements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in VMware, AWS, and MySQL administration.
- Hands-on experience with **VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter**.
- Strong knowledge of **AWS services** such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
- Expertise in **MySQL database administration**, including replication, indexing, and query optimization.
- Proficiency in **Linux/Windows server administration**.
- Familiarity with **networking concepts**, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with **monitoring tools** like CloudWatch, Nagios, or Prometheus.
- Scripting skills in **Bash, Python, or PowerShell** (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Certifications (Optional but a Plus)**:

- **VMware Certified Professional (VCP)**:

- **AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator**:

- **MySQL Database Administrator Certification**
