- Install and configure software and hardware components, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Manage network servers and technology tools for optimal performance.
- Set up user accounts and workstations for operational readiness.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain systems as per requirements.
- Ensure system security through access controls, backups, firewalls, and execute system upgrades with new releases.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware-related issues.
- Capable of diagnosing and resolving networking problems.
- Proficiency in Active Directory configuration and management.
- Skilled in Office 365 and Azure cloud administration tasks.

**Technical Skills**:

- Experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and help desk support.
- Proficiency in Hardware, Networking, Firewall, and Windows Active Directory.
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure Cloud, Firewall policies, Switch management, and exposure to DevOps practices.
- Dynamic, flexible, with perseverance skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
