Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
Identify and assess customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex problems to the relevant teams.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Document customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints accurately in the customer support system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, follow up on inquiries, and provide updates to customers as needed.
Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer questions and provide recommendations.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
