**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently and to the required quality standard.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve production methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, parts, fabrication processes, tooling, and production equipment.
- Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement strategies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve process efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Analyze and report production data, performance metrics, and root causes of quality issues.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role (industry-specific preferred).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, casting, and assembly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
