**3. Good knowledge of shade matching (solvent base).**

**3. To standaridise R & D batches on production floor.**

**4. To evaluate new raw materails for introducing in old formula for cost reduction purpose.**

**5. To provide technical servise if, found any issue on site.**

**6. To support production for batch adjustments & other related issues.**

**7. To support sales & marketing.**
