**Position: QA & QC Officer**

**Location: Village Athal, Silvassa**

**Number of Requirements: 9**

**Requisites**:

- Graduate in B.Sc/MSc/B-Pharma/M-Pharma.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Pharma Formulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- All line IPQA, Control sample verification, BMR BPR Issurance, Logbook, Format issurance and SOP Preparation, Documentation etc.
- Sampling of QC Raw Material QC as per specification.
- Conducted Laboratory testing in FDA regulated environment in accordance with GMP
- Setup laboratory equipment and instrumentation for required tests.
- Assist in preparing reagents and Volumetric Solutions as needed for laboratories testing.
- Maintaining of departmental Chemicals.
- Perform Calibration of PH meter, Weighing balance, UV Spectrophotometer, Dissolution apparatus, Friability apparatus, Hardness apparatus, Disintegration apparatus.
- Implement and maintain ISO standards and ensure process documentation is up to date.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency in output.
- Conduct quality inspections, audits, and testing of materials and finished products.
- Identify and resolve quality issues in production and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and management teams to improve quality standards.
- Maintain proper quality records and reports for audits and compliance.
- Train and guide junior staff on quality control procedures.
