**Description**:
Position: Quality Officer

Location: Dadra.

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Industries: PVC Compound

**Responsibilities**:

- Testing of the material as per specification.
- Check deviation from standard.
- Maintain Quality of product as per requirement.
- SOP’s understanding for individual operations.
- Job cards follow up on Machine.
- Lab testing for product conformation.
- follow Health & Safety policy & Measures.
- Ensure safe working condition of all employees. If any unsafe activity observed immediately contact with production head and safety head.
- To check all production as per standard of the product should be as per quality requirement.
- To test daily production as per lab testing standard.
- To ensure no production out of specification.
- No Non-conforming allow during the production.
- To make daily testing and update quality report and ensure all testing as per specification.
- chemical verification, weight verification and blending verification should be run as per job card and as per blending sheet.
- Insure Running of all machines as per standard process parameter for any deviation allow to run after approval.
- Preserved the samples as per our internal sampling process.
- Develop all the reports and record related to process and product
- Maintain documentation of production department as per ISO requirement.
- To follow the changeover checklist during the changeover and ensure ok change over.
- Proper handling of non
- confirming production.
- Ensure finished good packing and handling.
- Active participation of improvement and 5S activity.

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of lab testing.
- Knowldege of SOP
- Knowledge of PVC compounding.
- Knowledge of MS office, Power Point etc.
- Good Communication
- Presentation skill

**Required Qualification: -** Diploma
- Plastic Technology/CIPET

**Salary:

- Upto 2.50 LPA**
