**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness.
- Create and manage social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance.
- Design compelling ad creatives and ad copy that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven optimizations to improve campaign ROI and achieve marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising, and proactively suggest new campaign ideas and strategies.
- Measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in running Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
