Event Operations Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Event Operations Administrative** professional to join our team on a contract basis. This part-time role offers flexible hours, making it ideal for individuals seeking a work-life balance while supporting event operations. The primary responsibilities will involve various administrative tasks such as report creation and cleanup, along with support for event-related software systems. A proficiency in Google Docs, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and a strong ability to learn and adapt to **Cvent, Passkey, and Resiada systems** will be essential to success in this role.
This role also offers the unique opportunity to work with startups and established companies across diverse sectors, including tech, pharma, retail, and more.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support for event operations, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of tasks.
- Create, update, and clean up reports to maintain accuracy and consistency in event documentation.
- Support the team with data management and ensure accurate and complete entry of event details.
- Utilize **Google Docs**, **PowerPoint**, and **Excel** to create, format, and organize documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Learn and become proficient in **Cvent** and **Passkey** systems. (Training will be provided if necessary.)
- Support the event operations team in coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring all necessary administrative tasks are completed.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in **Google Docs**, **PowerPoint**, and **Excel**.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new software systems, including **Cvent** and **Passkey**.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and clean up reports and data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
