Job Overview:
Job Title: Sr. Executive Operations - Events Job Type: Full time
Experience: 4 - 5 yrs
Manages: Operations Executives

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
1.Event Planning and Logistics:

- Develop accommodation plans, initial logistics, and transportation plans, as

well as execute site set-up and tear-down for seamless venue transitions. 2.Security and Compliance Management:

- Ensure events adhere to local security, workplace safety, and health

regulations, escalating security threats to management when necessary. 3.Participant and Volunteer Management:

- Manage registration processes, immigration protocols, and participant

enquiries, while overseeing the movement and activities of volunteers. 4.Vendor Liaison and Quality Assurance:

- Liaise with vendors, obtain quotes, prepare service contracts, relay event

deliverables and timelines, and perform initial inspections to maintain

quality standards.
5.Incident Reporting and Troubleshooting:

- Prepare incident summary reports, troubleshoot on-site issues, and re
- search local security and safety policies to incorporate into event plans. 6.Collaboration and Coordination:

- Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, and venue operations depart
- ments to execute crowd control, evacuation plans, and ensure timely and accurate event

logistics.
7.Estimation and Coordination for Seamless Production:

- Create detailed estimates, coordinating closely with clients and the

operations team to ensure the smooth production and execution of event maintaining a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
1.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and staff members.

3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

4.Experience in event planning, execution, and budget management.

5.Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules. 6.Be flexible to work odd hours
7.Have good connect with event vendors.
