Role Summary: Analyst, Security Operations & Resilience South Asia

Overview: This role supports the Firms security operations across South Asia (India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh), focusing on risk analysis, incident response, and people safety initiatives. The Analyst will collaborate closely with the Firm Security Team to safeguard colleagues across Workplaces, Events, Studies, and Travel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyst Duties

  • Track high-risk travel and maintain connectivity with study teams
  • Develop and maintain Travel Safety Protocols and logistics support
  • Monitor threats and provide independent threat assessments
  • Triage inquiries and incident reports
  • Maintain data quality in ticketing systems

2. Physical Security

  • Support protection of personnel, assets, and information
  • Implement physical security measures and liaise with law enforcement

3. Resilience & Incident Management

  • Provide expertise during incidents across South Asia
  • Ensure emergency preparedness protocols are in place and updated

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in security or analytical roles
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Strong English communication and drafting skills
  • Proven ability to manage tasks end-to-end
  • Independent risk assessment and incident communication capabilities
  • Research skills for security inquiries
  • Flexibility during active incidents
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Professional service attitude and teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Developing mitigation skills
  • Additional language skills are a plus

Education

  • Bachelors degree preferred
