As an Event Operation Executive, your role typically involves overseeing the logístical and operational aspects of events to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key responsibilities**:
1. **Planning and Coordination**: Collaborate with event planners and stakeholders to understand event requirements, objectives, and timelines. Plan logistics such as venue selection, transportation, catering, and accommodations.

2. **Vendor Management**: Source and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts, ensure services meet quality standards, and manage vendor payments.

3. **On-Site Management**: Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events. Coordinate staff, volunteers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to plan.

4. **Budget Management**: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring expenses stay within budgetary constraints. Track expenditures, reconcile invoices, and provide financial reports as needed.

5. **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and emergency procedures.

6. **Client Communication**: Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the event planning process.

7. **Post-Event Evaluation**: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement. Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and staff to inform future event planning.

8. **Technology Utilization**: Utilize event management software and technology tools to streamline processes, manage registrations, track RSVPs, and enhance participant engagement.

9. **Problem Solving**:Address challenges and unexpected issues that arise during events promptly and effectively. Maintain composure under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.

10. **Team Leadership**: Provide guidance and supervision to event staff and volunteers. Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Events Operations: 4 years (preferred)
- Vendor management: 4 years (preferred)
