What You’ll Own

**Full-Cycle Recruiting (Amazon & E-Commerce Roles)**
- Source, screen, and close _remote_ Operations Managers, Brand Managers, E-commerce Specialists, and more—end-to-end.

**Strategic Sourcing**
- Design creative funnels across LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, online communities, and cold-outreach tactics.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines spanning North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

**Interviewing & Selection**
- Run structured, insight-rich interviews to test skill, culture fit, and bias-for-action.
- Present concise scorecards that help hiring managers reach quick, data-backed decisions.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- **3 + years** full-cycle recruiting for a _small or mid-size_ company (≤ 150 staff).
- Demonstrated ability to close **3-4 hires per month** in fast-growth environments.
- Proven success hiring **international** and **remote** employees across multiple time zones.
- Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, sourcing automation, and ATS workflow design.
- Stellar written & spoken English; crystal-clear, persuasive communicator.
- **No freelancers or side-hustlers** - this is a dedicated, full-time role (Moonlighters, Upwork/Fiverr contractors, and agency split-focus applicants need not apply).
