**Job Description - Recruiter Intern**

**Job Title**: Recruiter Intern
**Location**: Work From Home
**Duration**: 2 Months
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build a strong pipeline of **active and passive** job seekers.

**Screening & Shortlisting**:

- Identify **top talent** based on job requirements and shortlist suitable profiles.

**End-to-End Recruitment Process**:

- Coordinate the entire **hiring cycle** - from sourcing to final selection.

**Negotiation & Offer Management**:

- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to **finalize hiring decisions**.

**Market Research & Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on **hiring trends, market salaries, and recruitment strategies**.

**Key Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
**Skills Required**:
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Excellent **negotiation and persuasion** abilities
✔ Ability to **work under pressure and meet hiring targets**
✔ Proficiency in **MS Office and job portals**
✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a fast learner

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Prior internship or experience in **hardcore recruitment, mass hiring, or agency hiring**
Knowledge of **Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools**
Understanding of **IT & Non-IT hiring** (preferred but not mandatory)
