Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing & Outreach:
a. Design and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to attract qualified IT talent.
c. Create and maintain job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms as needed.
- Stakeholder Management:
a. Partner with hiring managers and team leads to fully understand role requirements, including specialised positions and coordinate with them to find the best fit according to their culture and needs.
- Interview Coordination & Follow-Up:

- Compliance & Documentation:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (B.Tech, Engineering, etc.) is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a recruiter, particularly within IT.
- Strong familiarity with the Indian talent market and recruitment practices.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and job boards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting for international clients.
- Awareness of industry trends and effective sourcing methods.
- Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience recruiting for European clients/companies.

Additional information:

- No relocation to Europe or other international locations will be facilitated as part of this role.
