Skep IT Systems, a rapidly growing company in recruitment, reporting analytics, and RPA automation, is seeking a motivated **Junior Recruiter** to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your recruitment career in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Utilize recruitment software and applicant tracking systems to streamline the process.
- Stay up to date on recruitment trends to continually improve strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in talent acquisition or headhunting, preferably focusing on business school students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset and self-initiative to drive results.

**Additional Information**:

- **6-Month Probation Period**: Assessment during the probation period with long-term potential.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
